A project to bring together children and young adults and improve our centres.
In 2022/2023 we ran a Peer Leadership Project for some of our older children and young people. We want to ensure that our spaces and online content speaks to and represents the children that use it. So, we let our Peer Leadership Project redesign some of our spaces and decorate our playrooms.
What does it feel like to come to Family Journeys?
They also worked together to create this video to really help others know what it feels like to use our services.
We were delighted with the work that the Peer Leadership Group did and the vibrant spaces they made. But more importantly, the group felt proud that they have helped other children and young people have a safe space to play and be heard.
